Finally tried The Loom!

I ordered a chikankari kurta set from The Loom. The suit itself was good quality, fabric felt nice. It took 8 days to reach me in Bangalore, which was a bit longer than I hoped. Packaging was okay. Overall, happy with the product, just wish shipping was faster.

Not sure about The Loom anymore

I ordered a tunic from The Loom a few weeks back after seeing some nice designs online. Delivery took about 10 days which felt a bit long, especially for something that wasn't custom. When it finally arrived, the fabric quality was okay, not amazing like I'd hoped from the pictures. It felt a bit thinner than expected. The stitching was decent, but there was one loose thread near the hem that I had to snip myself. It's wearable, but for the price, I was expecting a bit more. I've bought similar items from other stores for less that felt better made. Makes me hesitant to order again.
